NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

We will be livestreaming this event for virtual participants, which will be posted on our website for viewing. We will also have a photographer on site to capture images. Below is a copy of the filming/photography notice. If you do NOT want to be filmed or photographed at the event, please alert staff upon your arrival and we can provide you with a sticker to not be included.

By registering for and attending this event/program, I hereby grant Rhythm Visions, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video recordings of me and my property. I authorize the organization to copyright, use, and publish these images/footage in print, online, and/or electronically for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, without compensation.
